2.1. SYSLOGER provides cybersecurity and IT management services to higher education institutions and organizations as described on our website and in service agreements.

2.2. Service availability, response times, and specific service levels are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between SYSLOGER and its clients.

2.3. SYSLOGER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services with appropriate notice to affected clients as specified in their respective service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

3.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

3.2. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

3.3. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.

4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1. SYSLOGER processes client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4.2. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data and systems.

4.3. Clients retain ownership of their data processed through our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, tools, and methodologies, remain the property of SYSLOGER.

5.2. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during the term of their engagement.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during service delivery.

6.2. Security assessment results, threat intelligence, and incident reports are considered confidential information.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. SYSLOGER's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in individual service agreements.

7.2. We do not guarantee complete immunity from security breaches but commit to industry best practices in cybersecurity.

8. Service Level Warranties

8.1. SYSLOGER warrants that Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards.

8.2. Specific performance metrics and remedies are detailed in individual SLAs.

9. Term and Termination

9.1. Service terms and termination conditions are specified in individual service agreements.

9.2. Either party may terminate services for material breach with appropriate notice.

10. Compliance with Laws

10.1. Services are provided in compliance with applicable cybersecurity and data protection regulations.

10.2. Clients must ensure their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms

SYSLOGER reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated to clients with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SYSLOGER is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
